SPECIAL EVENTS AND VENUE CONTRACT

1. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HALL.
2. NO HOOKAHS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE AT ALL TIMES.
3. CUSTOMER MUST DISCLOSE THE TYPE OF CEREMONY OR EVENT.
4. SECURITY IS NOT PROVIDED UNLESS ARRANGED SEPARATELY.
5. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY GUESTS.
6. DECORATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
7. EXTRA TIME MAY INCUR EXTRA CHARGES.
8. CLEANUP REQUIREMENTS APPLY.
9. SOUND SYSTEM IS NOT INCLUDED.
10. INITIAL SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1000 IS REQUIRED.
11. FINAL CLEANUP AND KEY RETURN RULES APPLY.
